With Business setting the standard of care, do you think the human element is that important to them. Can nurses practice listening, healing, comforting their patients? Wow! One Person Died, They Blame

It on a nurse, (with loaded language) but they don't come to the conclusion that nurses are important enough to be valued? It would seem to make sense to try to keep a good group of nurses together in any hospital and to be willing to pay decent pay and benefits. I hope that poor nurse doesn't feel too awful.
